About the Approach

Ketamine opens a short neuroplastic window; EMDR integrates and consolidates change.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT)
Calm, supervised ketamine-assisted therapy session

A calm, supervised session that can loosen stuck patterns and surface insight—creating momentum for targeted trauma work.

What you can expect

  • Opens a 1–3h neuroplastic window, softening rigid patterns
  • Dosing options: oral lozenge or IV, with clinical monitoring
  • Therapist present throughout; consent-led, grounding-supported
  • Common effects: calm detachment, insight, reduced rumination

Typical visit length 1.5–2.5h (active effects ~40–90m). Options discussed during clinical screening.

EMDR Integration
EMDR session illustration showing bilateral stimulation

Within 24–48 hours of KAT, structured EMDR helps reprocess key memories and consolidate new learning while the brain is most receptive.

What you can expect

  • Scheduled ~24–48h post-dose while learning remains malleable
  • Bilateral stimulation (eyes/taps/tones) to reprocess safely
  • Targets core memories & triggers; reduces emotional charge
  • You stay present and in control; pace adjusts to you

Session length 60–90m. Includes grounding, targeting, reprocessing, and closure with an actionable aftercare plan.
